My doc said thatl was a little low on the Good cholesterol. l asked her well what do l have to do? She said ''no meat'' But that would be kind of difficult for me, l love chicken. are there any other ways toget more good cholesterol? Is not there something l can eat?

l don;t think my doc was trying to con me, l certainly believe there is good cholesterol for your heart. In fact she did not ask for anything , that is all she said and she recommended me not eating meat.. this was a physical she did check , my thyroids, cholesterol, for diabetes , including an ultrasound, for my spleen,kidneys,gallbladder etc.. and everything else came out perfect. so no she was not too busy conning me to worry about anything else
