Jeez, l am a quad bypass survivor and to take viagra and warfarin would scare the bejesus out of me. Something bad could happen and that would be the screwing you get for the screwing you got. Check with a cardio doc first

Yes it is fine. You might want to talk to our doctor to make sure it is okay to take viagra in general because of your valve replacement, but in clinical trials it is shown that viagra has no significant interactions with warfarin.

Viagra interacts with, among other things, certain antibiotics and grapefruit juice.
Warfarin interact with, among other things, cranberry juice, anti-inflammatory drugs.

And it seems counter-intuitive, but for ''that'' function u really need LOW blood pressure. That is why Erectile Dysfunction is a leading indicator of pending heart problems. [If u have ED, u will probably have high blood pressure and/or heart problems within the next 5 years.]
