When ever l go to a sleep over, l get bad stomache aches, tighened chest....l know this is a panic/axiety attack, but at the end of the night l get to scared about not being able ot fall asleep and get an attack, and l usually bail out! Can anyone help me?

Hi, l grew up with panic attacks almost every night just like you. l am now currently taking medication for it. Many antidepressants can help your situation. l also had a fear like you, l was afraid l would not wake up in the morning. A dose of benedryl will help your issue =]

Its best if you consult a doctor. He will ease your worries! perhaps some sleeping pills too! if not, grab something to read in the night, like some novel to distract your attention, you will get tired after staring at books a long time

l disagree with the ''See a Doctor'' knee-jerk reactions.
l think your problems are Psychosomatic, and Psychiatry would be a more promising route to take.
