Lately for the last few days or so, I've been having a strong shortness of breath, like l can not get a good, deep breath in. And also l was having pains around my heart earlier, like sharp pains. And my lips have also been twitching/having spasms, but l do not think that has to do with anything. l was born with a heart murmer.
