Like not to make your blood pressure high or low.

You really need to phrase ur answer better. Are u having trouble with high or low blood pressure? Rarely do people have both unless they r taking medications for blood pressure & r not of the right medication or dose.
The best way to lower high blood pressure is to lose weight if u r overweight & to exercise. Low salt diet can not hurt. There r good, cheap ($4 a month) medications that can help lower blood pressure.
If u have low blood pressure, then congratulations. Really low blood pressure is fine unless u find yourself passing out when u stand up real fast.
