| Do I have a heart problem please answer im nervous |

When l tense up(squeeze muscles) my chest muscles and twist my back to the right l feel a sharp pain on my left chest in a small spot right where my heart is. Could this be anemia or clogged artery? it only hurts when l twist right not left and it just started today. l had a ECG done about a month ago and it came back fine.

If it hurts only when you move its muscular....anemia and clogged arteries do not hurt...

maybe it is only your muscles working that is all. but check with your doc. to make sure. feel better.

you do not have a heart problem. it sounds like you a just stretching a muscle that has not been worked in a long time.
