l think l might be having a problem with high blood pressure.
But I am not sure.
I am 15, but l have been under a TREMENDOUS amount of stress lately, between school and relationships, sometimes l think I am about to snap.
But anyway.
Lately, l have been noticing that when l get angered, mostly by my relationship problems, my cheeks and chin turn blood red and l get REALLY hot and it feels like someone has a rope around my throat and l can not breathe.And my heartbeat gets REALLY fast.My resting heart beat is 95 beats per minute as it is and I'd hate to know what it is when l go into one of those little ''spells''.

l would suggest checking with a doctor. Your heart rate is fast and your other symptoms appear to be cause for alarm. High blood pressure can be dangerous and should not be ignored.

nope, it is not HBP. its just stress & growth hormones. remember the three S. Stress, Starvation & Sleep. most teenagers sleep till noon during summer. teenage boys r walking eating machine & all teenagers r known to go through a ''transient psychosis'':):):) They r Always pest off. these r all effects of growth hormones. u need to learn to meditate & take 8 or 10 deeeeeep breaths a day. open up ur arms as in cross & take in as much air as u can in ur lungs. then close ur arms & exhale.
