l have been having heart pain my heart rate will go up .my blood pressure will go really high or it will drop really low.my right arm will have this odd feeling in it.this will last anywhere from 2 min to a few hours.i have went to the Doctorshe say as for right now she does not see any thing wrong with my heart it self but all the test have not came back.i am on a heart monitor the next 30 day.i can be siting down relax as ever and this will start l am 14 year old and l wanna know what wrong with me and PLZ DON'T SAY PANIC ATTACK l KNOW IT NOT THAT

Sounds like you need an echo-cardiogram, and get your endocrine system checked. Most likely a panic attack type problem, but need to rule out other serious causes.
