I am 27, work-out everyday, eat healthy, had tons of test done examining my heart and its physically great.. yet l have high blood pressure and Atrial Fibrillation. Makes no sense.
l eat healthy (no fast food, avoid fried food, eat mostly fish, fruits and vegetables.People get annoyed with my dieting actually)

To answer the question if l have a temper, occasionally l can get mad but its usually a quick burst of anger.l use to let stuff bother me for a long time, but I've gotten a lot better about it.

Just b/c u exercise & eat right is not the only solution to HBP. Are u sure ur eating right? No or nominal salt; no fried stuff; lots of salads.
How do u handle life situations when they come up? Do u get in ppl is face, do u suck it up & then explode later at someone else, do u just let it all slide like water on a duck is back? Attitude has a lot to do with HBP also. Do u hate ur job? How about ur very personal life? Do u really enjoy the people who r around you, or r u using them as much as they using you?
l know these Q is seem snotty but if fact have a lot to do with HBPalso.

Genetics, sometimes it just sucks. but doing what you are is definately helping to keep it under control so keep it up.

Stress and genetics. You cold be stressing even if you do not have outbursts. Try to get into a relaxtion program (yoga, Tai Chi).

My feeling is that all mammals can become hypertensive. You just need a trigger, and there are lots of them. In my case an allergy to scallops. Do you have an allergy that you may have been exposed to at a low level, over a prolonged period, like 3 months? Mine was fish oil tablets.
