Well lets put it this way, my BP overall has been remaining on the low side. My Systolic has been as low as 100 and seems to be getting lower, along with the Diastolic which is now down to 58.

Not bad at all. It is a little bit low, but OK.

The top number (systolic) is also important.

100/58 is not too bad if you're not yet over 50. 58 is a bit low for diastolic pressure since the normal is between 70 and 80. However, when looking at your BP, you also need to consider the pulse pressure, which is the difference of the systolic pressure and the diastolic pressure. The pulse pressure should be below 40mmHg. In your case, it is 100-58 = 42, which puts you not very far from the ideal.
