I have read in a book .the heart is positioned at right part of the chest for the females is it true

No. For any human being the heart is located slightly to the left side of the chest.

l am not sure what book you read, but the truth is that the heart is right in the middle of the chest for everyone. It only appears to be toward the left because of the shape of the left ventricle.

No it is positioned in the center but the left ventricle is slightly larger so it does extend more into the left side of the chest. This is because the left ventricle pumps blood throughout the body compared to the right that only pumps blood to the lungs to get oxygenated.

Heart is situated mostly in the left hemithorax (left half of chest) in both males and females. When it is mostly in the right hemithorax, it is known as dextrocardia (right sided heart), which can be associated with a total right - left inversion of organs (situs inversus).

The heart does lie more on the left, if you feel with your hand, underneath your left nipple and to the side you can usually feel the beat of your heart strongly as this is where the apex of the left ventricle lies. Although hearts do vary in position and can naturally lie more central, or lower than this. Some people have a condition called dextrocardia, in this case the heart is the other way round and lies on the right hand side.
