my boyfriend is in germany for 3 weeks and l feel like my heart has been ripped out, litterally, l have a really bad pain in my chest, is the pain because of emotional stress?? l heard something about ''broken heart syndrome''....whats that

i'm really sorry your going through this pain, no amount of advice can help.

all l can say is that, when i'm heartbroken, which is now actually, l feel sooo alive. it is times like this you know your human and alive.

so channel this emotion and do something with it.

it could be both but here is something to ponder my hubby just died and l have a broken heart also not sure what l cna do so see there are two kinds there and they are the same and the feelings are there also l thinkits just sadness and it has to be overcome at least yours is alive.

could b, the worst stress factor is losing ur loved one, so it very well could b, try to relax go for a walk, & as silly as it may seem if ur chest hurts too much walk with pillow up against it. If it still hurts after sum time see a doctor, sumtimes they prescribe a muscle relaxer for such pains. relax & do not do anything to strain-is try to take ur mind off ur boyfriend, read a good book that is not about romance & such. Study for sumthing that ur interested in, keep busy & yet rest u know. like bamboo good luck

That feeling should pass...it hurts,or ache maybe is a better word. l felt that pain when my brother died,and l thought l was going to die myself.but it passed.
