l am 12 years old who was born with cholesterol l need to act now, so my question is whats that fastest way l can lower my cholesterol, remember l am 12 who was born with high cholesterol, l am fully dediacted to this, l think im to youg to worry about these things but my family keeeps making fun of me every now and then,but thats not the point, you know my question so please help me, thank you

You r a very wise 12 year old. Cholesterol is not good when high. Your family should take u to the Doctors & he would give u a diet that is designed for you. You seem rather determined so l would suggest until u see a Doctor that u look up on the net a good diet for a young person with high cholesterol & what u should & should not eat. Go to a good nutritional site. Also get plenty of exercise as this helps level u LDL & HDL cholesterol . That is the good one & the bad one. l am glad to see someone so young ready to step up to the plate & take charge of their own body. You mean ur fat, obeses, what do u mean by high cholestrol, how ppl will laugh, u must be talking about being fat.
If u have high level of cholestrol u can reduce by work out, non fatty food, no oil food etc, then there are pills like lipitor etc. consult ur doctor. dont worry, ur too young..
