l have a sleeping problem these days. When l go to sleep, l wake up in the middle of the night feeling that l am low oxygen in my brain/ head. l have little dizzy problem in the middle of night, trying to get more oxgen in my head. When l did regular basic blood test twice about 6 months ago, doctor told me that l have no problem and that it is anxiety/ stress. l thought it was sleep apnea but they told me that it is not. Even Acupunture Specialist told me that it is stress/ anxiety.. But how can this problem this be treated? so that l can feel better during the day? concentrate better? and that l wont have sort of dizzy feeling in the middle of sleep? l dont wanna take any depressant medicine. are there any natural medicine? l think l am stressed out due to unemployment, losing a job for the second time...

l would first be interested in knowing if you've actually undergone an actual sleep test- where u go to a sleep lab for the night & they hook u up to an eeg (brain wave) thing & video u sleeping. l am not sure how they could tell u that u did not have sleep apnea if you've never had a sleep study done.

You may very well have anxiety attacks, but l would not think that they'd come on during sleep. l would think they'd be prevelant during the day.

Also, have u had ur blood sugar levels tested? It is called an AC1 test & it tests ur sugar levels over a period of time. You may want to get tested to make sure that ur blood sugars r not dropping in the middle of the night.

l wish u luck in finding out what was wrong, hope the suggestions were useful!

Check your blood sugar.
