....BUT only if l raise my arms .Like working under car.....do fine until l raise arms in air and l become extremely sick at my stomach and break out in cold sweat......can anyone give me any ideas at all.....i have to get help because l have to work (car mechanic) and i'm on the ground alot ....which means i'm ill alot......i'm resolved to go to doctor but no idea what kind of doctor to go to .....my friend thinks it might be my heart???thanks for any ideas

l think your heart mussels has been weak by some reason. that is why it is not circulating the blood in your body properly. visit a cardiogram specialist asap. However you can visit this site for more information on this subject

Do you carry your weight in the middle? If so, it could be the weight of your stomach bearing down.
l think getting your heart checked is a good idea. Also have an abdominal ultrasound to look for anything in there.
