l did about 2 lines of cocaine and it wasnt very much but my chest is hurting where my heart is and im kinda freaking out. when should l go the hospital? l feel fine other than that

You're freaking out because you're stoned. And you're also a little paranoid. Coke does that to you.

You probably do need to go to the hospital. But do not drive yourself. If you do not have anyone to take you there, call for an ambulance.

Actually it could be many things.
First because cocaine is a stimulant and it tenses you your muscler could be sore. l have a chronic pain in my chest and it is because of tension. Probably when you come to the hospital you will be sent back home after they do a Electrocardiogram on you. l do not think it is something serious

Go to the ER. Tell them you did coke. They wont judge, they've seen much worse. they will do an EKG and observe you to make sure you dont have a heart attack. dont drive yourself. call an 911 if you dont have a sober driver.

if you can get someone to drive you taxi?it is so much cheaper than an ambulance unless you have insurance that you know will pay the cost of like 3,00 dollars
