Last night l layed down to watch a movie which was 2 hours long. When l got up l checked my blood pressure and it shows your heart rate and mine was 58. Isnt this low? Shouldnt it be like 70 no matter what you are doing? Also earlier l was on the computer for 30 minutes and checked my blood pressure and it was 81/47. Yes l know this is very low, but what makes it this low at certain times?

you were most likely relaxed and it slowed your heart rate which in turn lowers pressure. the BPM was in a normal range but l would be concerned with the blood pressure.

it is normal for a woman to have a low blood pressure, while yours is extra low, l would not worry unless you start to feel dizzy, light headed or nauseated. and 58 is a normal pulse!

that blood pressure of your is really low and you should have that checked out, and normal heart rate is between 60-80 something bpm. personally l think your heart rate is fine, im an athletic person so my resting heart rate is 51bpm.

You may not be using the devices correctly. You need to check ur heart rate & blood pressure many times to find out what is normal for you. How could ur heart rate always be 70 no matter what? The heart is supposed to beat faster when more oxygen is required. If ur blood pressure drops when u stand up, u could have orthostatic hypotension, but that would make u feel dizzy, & u did not mention any symptoms, so ur blood pressure reading was either not accurate or normal for you.
