Ive been taking fish oil.but l get reg heart palps, like now, its 500 am, im drinking relazing tea, & praying. im so confused, l could burst, l have no insurance, and counting on you all for , in the herb department, & im 55 years old to & my two older sisters has heart trouble, they have insurance.l do however have anxiety,So where would it leave me to do what?

Your heart palpitations are most likely related to your anxiety. You should get on some anti-anxiety medicine. It can work wonders!!!

You better take fish oil, walking and veg. food. You will have to get a prescription for anxiety, as it appears to be anxiety related too.
Report to an ER.

have your anxiety state treated, Fish oil is good.

Avoid Stimulants you can continue fish oil, use anti depressent.

You will have to see a doctor at any cost.
