its alright..the 64 is good..the 134 is a tad high....but its good to get an average...not just base your bp off of one reading

More readings must be taken and when at rest and calm.
As a rule of thumb 100 plus your age for top reading is OK. Ideal is 120/80. 64 for lower reading is mild hypotension - sometimes feel giddy when getting up.
