and l have to hold really still and l can not breathe deeply. What are these and how can l fix them? gas... idk

l have this problem, too. But it is not all the time. Just a few times each week. It just hurts to breathe, so l do not for a few seconds, and it will pass. l do not know. Maybe it is heartburn, but l get worried sometimes. l know l did not provide an exact answer, but l just wanted to let you know that you are not alone. Tell your doctor about your symptoms and say that you think you may have an arrhythmia or mitral valve prolapse. l too experience these symptoms--and did for years. It turned out that l have SVT, a type of arrhythmia. It sent me to the ER twice in a year and a half, although l am an otherwise healthy woman in her early forties. Remember though, that l had these symptoms from the time a was a kid. Get it checked out. It is not gas.
