bad headaches, pain in the back of your head, poor sight, dizzness, throwing up,blood pressure high
this causes the blood vessel in the back of the brain to pop and causes death

An aneurysm is a weakening in the wall of a vessel, and a stroke is a lack of blood supply to the brain. l would have to deduce that an aneurysm stroke is a lack of blood to the brain caused by the weakening in the wall of a vessel.

l think it has to do with a blood clot in your brain? idk.

It is a hemorrhagic stroke. A weaken wall of a vessel leaks into the surrounding brain tissue.

''A stroke occurs when a blood vessel that brings oxygen & nutrients to the brain either bursts (hemorrhagic stroke) or is clogged by a blood clot or some other mass (ischemic stroke). When a rupture or blockage occurs, parts of the brain do not get the blood & oxygen they need. Without oxygen, nerve cells in the affected area of the brain can not work properly, & die within minutes. And when nerve cells can not work, the part of the body they control can not work either. The devastating effects of a severe stroke r often permanent because dead brain cells r not replaced.''

ADDENDUM: You have added to this question. This is not the place to get a diagnosis. No one here can do an examination. If someone is having the symptoms that u discribe they need to see a doctor.

l am an RN.

This is a hard question to answer as a aneurysm is a vessel that becomes weak & expands until if left untreated can burst. l had this happen to me. It was a basilar tip brain aneurysm. It happened on 10/25/98, they life-flighted me 10/26/98 to K.U. Med Center & then fought to keep me alive by keeping me in a comatose state & giving me a anti-stroke medicine called Nimotop. Finally did my brain surgery on 11/03 & clamped the vessel. My family was told l had a less than 10% chance of surviving & would probably come out in a vegetable state with severe memory loss. l AM A MIRACLE!!! That is what my neurosurgeon calls me. Now, a stroke is caused from blood being blocked from the brain. My understanding was the nimotop was used to widen the arteries so blood could flow better & my brain would not be deprived of blood in order to try to minimize brain damage. This was & still is very confusing to me. Seems like 2 different things going on in there. l would have thought they did not want my blood to flow freely so it would quit leaking out so fast. l was told by family they were trying to get my brain to absorb the blood back in. l have lived it & do not understand it. So my advice to u is to set down with a professional & ask these questions if u have or have any fears about this. Do not rely on the unprofessional to give u information about something so serious. For ur sake! Good luck.
