angioprim.com is a great product

also using nattozymes is helpful

High fructose corn syrup causes plaquing 10 times faster than any other product so stay away from it.

NO.

There are no research studies that show any kind of food or a certain diet would reverse CAD. By controlling diet and eating healthier, we can slow down CAD, somehow.

Plaque build up inside the arteries will not be removed nor will they be reduced in size through any type of exercise.
Diets and exercise can only be tools to help towards halting or slowing down the disease.

Hello,

l do not quite agree with hamid. If the body is starved of food & severe weight loss occurs, - - the body *will* use up cholesterol in artery walls as a food & energy source, causing it to disappear.

The evidence for this is mostly in the Nazi Concentration Camp survivors. they seem to have been protected from coronary artery disease after their terrible experiences.

Anecdotally, my father-in-law sustained a very severe heart attack about 2 years ago, & we were told he was not expected to survive. He was given aspirin & a Statin tablet (as normal in the uk).

Besides these, he lost an enormous amount of weight & has survived in excellent & vigorous health. l cannot help thinking that he has been 'consuming' his fatty artery-cholesterol as a food source.

Exercise certainly helps, but l think it is less certain that it does it *through reversing coronary artery disease.*

Statin tablets certainly help, & so does daily aspirin. For aspirin, in the UK we take 75mg a day (one baby tablet), in the USA they take 300mg a day (one adult tablet). These r 'for life.'

l hope this is of some help.

Best wishes,

Belliger (retired uk gp)

As far as i'm aware no studies have been done on this.

However, in the PLAC 2 Study the use of Bile Acid Sequestrants showed a reduction in the atheroma in the carotid artery after about 2 years of medically induced hypocholesterolaemia. l do not know if this has been duplicated yet with the statins.

Not sure if u can decrease plaque but if u remove the source of the irritation such as trans fats, high fructose corn syrup, & insulin, u will lower ur numbers & with time the body will recognize that there is excess patch material & it may decrease. Many think that cod liver oil is like rotor rooter but it just raises both cholesterols but makes ur ratios better. Never artificially lower ur cholesterol. Your body is well being depends upon it. Moderate exercise helps just about everything.
