A very good way to get ur body used to the idea of fibre is to start with a glass of Metamucil either first thing in the morning or right before bed. Some people work up to 3 glasses per day however, if u r just starting out then this would be a bad idea. Fibre should not hurt ur tummy but sometimes when u r just starting to introduce high volumes of fibre into ur system this can happen.

Metamucil is a powder form of fibre that u mix with water or juice. It comes flavoured or flavourless & is an excellent recomendation for anybody of any age or sex.

l drink fibre daily & it is a very good way to get ur body working properly & to help create an over all healthier lifestyle.

If u try to do this for 2 weeks or so & then try to re-introduce the other solid food forms it may work out better for you.

Best of luck!

You should check if you are celiac, i.e. gluten sensitive.
