Sometimes my heart beats kind of slow- like there is a lot of pressure behind each beat. it kinda pounds in my head too sometimes.... And my heart beats hard.
i'm 15 female- not overweight.

l also have mild panic disorder and l think about my heartbeat a lot.... it beats fast sometime too- also for no reason.

What is it? Help! Could it be heart attack symptoms?

Also- when you have like indigestion or heartburn- could it do that?

If you are drinking alot of those energy drinks or any drink that has caffeine that could be your main cause. Too much salt can do this also. Too much of anything is not good for ya. Hope you figure it out!

You sound like to be a very anxious person and panics easily. dont worry, it`s normal be feel like that. Maybe you think too much of all this. Just forget about it and enjoy life.

l think that what u have just experience is one of the symptoms of panic attack.

Unless u have a heart condition, panic attack CANNOT cause u to have a heart attack.

It feel unnatural because this type of heart activity is usually reserved for vigorous activity, when u do not notice it as much. Hence, people start to associate it to heart attack.when it just isn't!

If ur still worried about this.than l advise u to make an appointment with ur doctor & request a full body check up.

You could ask for an E.C.G. to make sure the pounding heart is quite normal.

To answer ur 2nd question, its roughly the same idea. Heart attack is heart attack. Indigestion is Indigestion. Do not mix them up. You cannot simply have a heart attack just like that without an existing heart condition.
