some of you may know that about a week or more ago l posted a question here asking about what to do about my blood pressure being high ( it was 162/85 or something like that) but to good news its been down to 122/79 (about) for 3 days now. The reason for this is to say think you to every one who helped me because along with my doctors, and all of your help and advice l have also lost 5 pounds and am actually feeling great.
Q: Whats a good, fun, and healthy things to do to keep healthy. l have started to play backyard football but need something else to do now that that is starting to get old?

Basketball, martial arts, swimming, etc. You can alternate between things too, just because you're bored now does not mean you wo not find it interesting later. Oh yeah, and the previous poster is a troll because he did not bother reading the entire question before getting trigger happy trying to become a top reporter :)

well the best way l find to stay healthy is to join a team of something l like. when im having fun, l dont really notice that im working out. another great way to stay healthy without it getting old or awkward is to get your friends or family to do it with you.
