What could it be if you have been having strong heart pains and a slow heartbeat for about 7 hours?

l think it is heart attack,maybe blood it blocked when reaching the heart or maybe too much fat is in your body and surrounding the heart that causes pain because your heart can not pump normal and it also causes slow heartbeat because of fats around the heart. Consult a cardiologist. Maybe your too tired and overworked then lack of nutrients.
