l wanna write about Coronary heart disease for my Uni assignment. but l am not sure of what main question to write about since Coronary disease is such a broad topic.

l am not sure at what level you need to write, i.e. number of pages, and depth. Ideas might include:

diabetes and heart disease risk
the role of heredity and coronary artery disease (CAD)
major risk factors for CAD
Symptoms of CAD
