So this is day 3 of my liquid fast.
105 calories sunday, 175 yesterday and l had 270 today.

l drank soda..felt very weird. Stood up felt like l was going to pass out.
Got sharp chest pains, felt like someone was squeezing my lungs and stabbing me....i chugged v8 splash and power aid zero, then chugged a slim fast.
Then ate a banana and yogurt. Now l am numb and FROZEN.

Do not go judging about the way l am with food. l do have an eating disorder so eating little calories is nothing new.
Maybe the lack of carbs and real food brought this on ?

Well my friend said that when her dad had a heart he had mini ones before his big one. She said the mini heart attack is like what l felt like just now.

Could l have had one ???

You are eating way to fewer calories than you need! Eat now - you can still lose weight by eating more,. Yes eating this little amount can produce heart attacks and can kill you! If you have an eating disorder see a doctor before its too late and EAT MORE!

If you have any question at all you really need to go to the emergency room. Really. l had a minor heart attack and l am only 35. l became nauseous and sweaty along with the other symptoms you described. Please get to the hospital.

At sixteen it is important to eat a healthy and variable supply of food which contain vitamins that your body needs. Abusing your body like this will stop it working and you would not expect a car to run without fuel would you? Your body is telling you something so LISTEN to it!

That really doesnt sound good u really should go get that checked, if not for ur eating disorder then for ur heart! l might just be something simple. Like l used to get palipitations & was real anemic so you'd stand up too fast & nearly pass out & ur heart would go completely mad & u think u were dying! Seriously get it checked, l find (and Im completely stating the obvious here) that the more u restrict & fast the worse & worse ur heart gets like its struggeling with every single little thing u do, but it is a real thing & most girls think it can never happen to them!

Oh & dont mind the people giving u abuse, they dont understand, yes yes we all know eating disorders r bad but cut the girl some slack!

Do you have a poor relationship with your mother? You should weigh 140 lbs. You are too skinny. What is going on? Why are you trying to hurt yourself? l do not understand?

sound like you have a bad case of heart burn.i.e. too much acid in your esophagus..go to doctor for treatment this is caused by bad diet.too much stress etc
