l get pains in my chest, it gets worse when l stress and when l sneezed it got bad

l also get dizzy and lightheaded and l got tingling and numbness in my arm a few hours ago

l dont wanna go to the hospital because l alreayd have so many bills and dont have health insurance and l will probably be pissed if l get another $2,000 bill and nothing is wrong

DO you think l could be having a heart attack, the pain comes and goes but it seems to be getting worse, l also have trouble breathing sometime
