Get it checked out by your doctor. It does sound low but YOU MUST get it checked by a health care professional.

Much depends on how you feel; if you tend to be cold and lethargic then your BP needs to be raised a little and the nutrient CO-Q10 at 100 mgs daily (in its dry capsule form) may resolve this if it is problematic but, otherwise, leave 'well' alone! THAT IS WAY TOO LOW. normal range is about 120/80. you need to go to a doctor to get checked out an on some medication before something bad happens

yeah it is a bit low as the average is 120/80. It all depends though how it was taken. Were you sitting or standing? Was is done by a doctor or a machine in the shops. With me as a general rule if l get a patient with a low BP l will check it again then check teh blood pressure on the other arm. Hope this helps.
